About ME
MY BACKROUND IN THE KITSAP COMMUNITY
I was raised in Kitsap County from when I was 2 years old. I've lived here as a family man for my whole life. I've raised 4 great kids in this community and have also been a business owner of Henden Electric in Kitsap County for 39 years. I'm proud of where I live, where I grew up and where I raised my children but I also know there is a lot of work to be done to make it a better place
for our future generations.
Over my life here, I have been very involved in our Kitsap Community for over 30 years. I have been a Little League Sponsor and Coach, worked with Junior High and High School Wrestling, a Church Youth Group Leader,
4 years as a North Kitsap School Board Director, a Habitat for Humanity Board Member and Site Leader, and a Volunteer through my Business for Coffee Oasis and their Endeavors in Youth Outreach.
I have run for County Commissioner, now 4 times.
Sadly during the last 30 years the issues we face have remained largely the same.
